Texas Home Visiting is a free program that helps good people be great parents.

The Victoria County Texas Home Visiting program matches parents with trained and experienced home visitors, who will provide education and support to families. Your home visitor can answer questions about parenting and help you get connected to local resources.

In Victoria County, our Texas Home Visiting programs are proven to support families from pregnancy until the time your child enters kindergarten. The two programs currently being offered are Parents as Teachers (PAT) and Family Connects (FC).

Home visiting is great for anyone who is expecting a child or has a child who has not started kindergarten. Home visiting is a fantastic resource for parents who are: Expecting a child. And parents, grandparents, foster parents, and other caregivers of children who have not started kindergarten, and are in need of extra support with raising multiple children.
